Mobile Sales App Overview

The Mobile Sales App is a mobile tool allowing your outside sales team to process sales, manage their daily tasks/activities, and keep track of your company's accounts and contacts, all from the palm of their hand. Real-time inventory levels and updates to contacts, accounts, and sales orders are thanks to a tight integration with Orchestrated Beer.

Home Screen

  • Tap to drill into:
    • Business Partners
    • Activities
    • Contacts
    • Items and Stock
    • Sales Orders
  • Tap to log off
  • Tap the hamburger menu in the upper right to see app, company, and user details

Business Partners Screen

This screen gives you direct access to your business partner data.  Each business partner card shows the business partner name, city, and code.

  • Tap a business partner to open its details
    • The details page lists additional info like addresses, payment terms, activities, open orders, and more.
  • Tap the funnel icon to open sort and filter functions
    • Sort by name or code, in ascending or descending order
    • Filter by type, group, price list, or city
  • Tap the magnifying glass icon to search
    • Tap the plus sign to add a new business partner
  • Views
    • All (Default)
    • Favorites
      • Favorites can be designated on a business partner’s details page

Business Partner Details

  • View account details such as payment terms, business partner group, phone number, and more
  • Scroll and drill into All Addresses, All Activities, and All Sales Orders to see more information associated with the account
  • Scroll to see Account Balance, Delivery balance, and Open Orders
  • Favorite the business partner by Taping the heart icon
  • Tap the plus sign to add an activity, contact, or sales order linked to this business partner

Activities Screen

This screen gives you direct access to your activities. 

  • Tap a calendar date to see activities for that date
  • Tap the plus sign to add an activity
  • Views
    • Month (Default)
    • Week
    • All

Contacts

This screen gives you direct access to your contacts.  Each contact card shows the contact name and phone number. 

  • Tap a contact to open its details
    • The details page includes more information like business partner, title, additional methods of contact, etc
  • Tap the magnifying glass to search
  • Views
    • All (Default)
    • Favorites
      • Favorites can be designated on a contact’s details page
    • Contacts can only be added from a business partner’s details page

Items & Stock Screen

This screen gives you direct access to your inventory information.  Each item card shows the item name, code, and available quantity. 

  • Tap an item to view its details
    • The details page includes additional information like item group, unit of measure, and stock information
  • Views
    • All (Default)
    • In Stock
    • Favorites
      • Favorites can be designated on an item’s details page
    • Tap the funnel icon to open sort and filter functions
      • Sort by code or name, in ascending or descending order
      • Filter by item group

Sales Order Screen

This screen gives you direct access to sales orders.  Each sales order card shows the document number, business partner name, planned delivery date, and order total.

 

  • Tap a sales order to open its details
    • The details page includes more information like the business partner code, order status, addresses, shipment type, items ordered, and more.
  • Tap the magnifying glass to search orders
  • Tap the plus sign to create a sales order
  • Views
    • Open (Default)
    • Closed

Create Sales Order

  • Tap the drop-down arrows to select options to populate various fields
    • Delivery date defaults to today, change as needed
    • Discount = order discount, applied to the total
  • Scroll and Tap Items to open the Edit Items screen
    • Tap the plus sign to view the items list
      • View items by All (Default), In Stock, or Favorites
      • Sort by name or code, in ascending or descending order
      • Filter by group
    • Tap on the plus sign next to an item to quick-add one of the item
    • Tap on the item name to open the quantity window
    • Tap the back arrow to return to your sales order after adding items
  • Enter a discount percentage on the order if desired
  • Tap the save icon in the upper right to add the sales order
