Bug Fixes

  • PdO Creation Wizard
    • Resolved a bug that prevented the cursor from being able to exit the ‘To Whs’ field if the item code on the row was blank
    • Double clicking the batch ID field on the wizard now allows you to set a batch ID
    • You can now open a list of warehouses from the ‘From/To Whs’ fields in the Preview form
    • ‘From Whs’ field now properly pulls from the BoM Version
    • Resolved an issue where the user would get a ‘Warehouse not defined’ error when trying to set To Whs to anything other than what’s on the BoM Version
  • Build Production Run
    • Tabbing through fields no longer resets the BoM version
    • Removed inactive warehouses from the list of valid ‘From/To Whs’
    • Quantity should now change when a different BoM version is selected
  • Production Order
    • Adding or changing the batch number on the PdO no longer causes a crash
    • Resolved an issue where duplicating a PdO was setting an incorrect start date on the rows
    • Switching to Add mode now properly clears the batch fields
    • Item Codes with apostrophes no longer cause add-on to crash when opening a PdO
  • Express:
    • Fixed a bug where a Green Beer batch ID was not being properly selected
    • Locked & not accessible batches can no longer be used
  • Cellar Worksheet: Fixed a bug where the ‘Transfer Tab’ was not displaying data
  • Scheduler
    • Fixed a bug where moving a note could blank the warehouse causing the note to vanish
    • Fixed a bug where moving a note could change the process type and cause it to vanish
    • Inventory transfer requests now display properly when process types have spaces
    • Web Scheduler – Special characters in the process type no longer causes a crash
  • Barrel Management Console (BMC)
    • Reversing barrels on an inventory transfer no longer causes a crash
    • You can now properly disassemble PdOs that were used to fill barrels
    • Using the ‘Blue Funnel’ filter no longer results in mismatched barrels being selected
    • Bad barrel dumps no longer result in liquid being moved but not the barrels
    • When issuing barrels, the posting date now matches the document date
    • Resolved an issue where clicking on the History button occasionally caused a crash
    • Partial reversing Goods Receipts with barrels no longer causes a crash, and inventory revaluations are properly done
    • Put a block in place to prevent users from deleting system-required barrel statuses
    • Barrel Import now properly imports liquid to 2 decimal places preventing future dumping & blending errors
    • Resolved an error that could cause blank rows to be treated as barrels when importing
    • Fixed an issue on Selling filled barrels was not pulling in proper tax codes
    • Resolved a bug where fill volume was not rounding properly on barrel import
    • When selling barrels, changing the customer no longer blanks out prices without a prompt
    • Fixed a bug that disabled the ability to buy filled barrels
  • Brand Creation Wizard:
    • Apostrophes no longer cause a crash when adding to an existing brand
    • Pressing ‘Tab’ on the warehouse field now opens the list of warehouses
  • Item Master Data:
    • Made speed improvements when opening
    • Batches grid no longer bleeds through when switching over to Find mode
    • Fixed a bug where 'You Can Also' button looks disabled in Find or Add mode
  • Reverse Goods Issue/Receipt
    • Fixed an issue where empty values were being populated on the lines in certain scenarios
    • Goods Receipt remarks now properly reference the reversing Goods Issue
  • Price List Update: Disabled the option to use the ‘Blue Funnel’ filter as it leads to system crashes
  • Retail Transfer
    • One Moment Please… message now vanishes as it should
    • Fixed an issue where non-batch managed items were not allowing document reconciliation
    • Fixed a bug where tabbing to a second row would move you back to the first row
    • When viewing a previous record, the Cancel button no longer grays out
    • Fixed a bug where add-on could crash when copying from Sales Order to Retail Transfer
  • Internal Reconciliation: Resolved an issue where right-clicking on an invoice and selecting ‘Reconcile’ was causing a system level crash
  • Doc Importer: Resolved a problem where the project code was prepopulating with a default value ‘DEPT: MKTG’ when not synced
  • Web Portal Mgmt Utility: Fixed a bug where items were required to have the ‘Show in Web Portal’ flag set to ‘Yes’ before they would show
  • Planning Management Utility: Resolved an issue where inactive warehouses caused an error
  • Packaging QC – Air Test: Fixed a bug that could cause the system to crash if the user did not select a document to test first
  • Batch Backtrace
    • Resolved an issue where items without batches were being displayed
    • Fixed a bug where non-production receipts were causing duplicate values
  • Orchestrated Notification: Adjusted sorting so now the most recent message is at the top
  • Packaging Run:
    • Fixed an issue where the finished goods were not pulling in with a UK date format
    • Fixed a bug where the Due Date & Production Date were improperly set for UK date formats
    • Resolved an issued that caused new PdOs to not add properly if one was closed
    • Changing the source item is no longer permitted if the run is already created
  • QC Worksheet: Resolved an issue where the worksheet was blank if the system was set with UK date format
  • Warehouse Assignment Wizard:
    • Expanded the input field size for longer warehouse codes & names
    • Items that have no warehouse defined no longer appear in results for items defined in a specific warehouse
  • Make & Receive Payment on Invoices:
    • Resolved an issue where a greater font size caused the buttons to float
    • Fixed a bug that caused the ‘Related Document’ field to float if the font size was increased
  • Chart of Accounts: Cost Center Dimensions are no longer covered over
  • Advanced Fermentation QC: Does not crash when entering new data
  • Bill of Materials: Phantom items no longer cause a crash, and are ignored when updating PdOs
  • Pick & Pack Manager: Auto-Select All is now available
  • Inventory Transfer: Fixed a bug where the add-on may crash when deleting rows
  • EFT Email: Bug fixed where EFT emails were being sent twice

Analytics & Reports

  • 4 Day Production Schedule: Fixed an issue where the report did not accurately handle processes in double-digit order position
  • Sales Order Fulfillment: Resolved an issue where cancellations were not considered
  • Orchestrated Marketing Doc layout: Fixed an issue where text rows were appearing out of order
  • BP Address Export: Fixed an issue where the business partner would not appear if no contact was set
  • Inventory Transfer Request layout: Fixed a bug where batch numbers were not being properly displayed
  • Future Inventory Status Analysis (FISA) report: Inventory transfer requests now pull the From warehouse from rows instead of the header
  • Profit & Loss: ‘Last Year Same Range’ now accounts for leap year appropriately
  • Profit & Loss Monthly by Year: Fixed a bug related to setting a division
  • Profit & Loss vs Budget:
    • Customer logo is now displayed
    • International date & currency is now supported
  • Open Order Available to Promise: Fixed a bug where ATP calculator doesn’t work in all circumstances
  • 1099 Vendor Summary: Added handling for 1099 vendors that do not have a specific form defined
  • Warehouse Transfer Log: No longer inappropriately pulls the From warehouse from the header of the document
  • BoM Cost Variance by Month: Resolved an issue where blending PdOs were not accounted for properly
  • Vendor Performance Report: Cancelled deliveries & AP invoices are now properly accounted for
  • Tank Inventory Snapshot: ‘Show Empty Tanks’ option is now correctly supported
  • Marketing Doc Layouts: Units of Measure have been incorporated
  • State Excise Tax Tool
    • Credit memos are appropriately considered now
  • TTB BRO
    • Resolved an issue where Green Beer was not being reported properly if there was a variance reason set and the item flagged as ‘Capture Losses’
    • Resolved an issue where blending was being reported improperly as loss
    • Resolved an issue where reversing a Goods Issue or Receipt was causing incorrect calculations
    • Fixed an issue where Goods Issues & Receipts were not properly reflected on Line 7 when using variance “Returned to Local Brewery”
    • Updated rates based on CBMTRA
    • Fixed a bug that was causing AP invoices for beer to not be properly accounted for
    • Fixed a bug where the Quarterly TTB Report line was showing the previous value instead of 0
  • TTB DRO
    • Updated rates based on CBMTRA
    • Updated logic for raw ingredients captured using metric measures
    • Adjusted the ‘Proof’ hierarchy to look at Batch Proof first, then Item Master, then Brand Master.
