The Orchestrated License Allocation screen is only accessible when the OBeer Add-On is running. In this screen you will designate what users will have access to the Orchestra Specific functionality.

The Orchestrated License Allocation screen is located: Administration > License > Orchestrated Licensing
- Select the User that you want to add or remove a license from
- If a license is assigned to the user you have selected the box will be checked. To add or remove a license simply check or uncheck the box and then click Update
- The Available Column will show you how many licenses you currently have available to assign.
- The Total column will show you how many licenses you have purchased whether they are assigned or not.
