Updating Business Partners one at a time (minor changes) can be done by going to Business Partners > Business Partner Master Data and pulling up an individual BP to update.
If you need to update a mass number of BPs, you’ll want to do that through the Business Partner Utility under Utilities > Business Partner Utility. More information can be found here: https://support.orchestrated.com/hc/en-us/articles/226495228-Business-Partner-Utility
If you need to upload a large number of BPs, let your consultant know (if you’re still in Stabilization) or submit a support ticket at support.orchestrated.com to see what options you have for mass uploading additional BPs for you.
Please ensure that those in charge of updating BP master data have the knowledge needed to add/edit BPs going forward.
