Below is a outline and timeline of the basic OnDemand implementation.

STEP 1:

Initial Configuration

Project kick-off and setting foundation for company database with initial data.

STEP 2:

Core Configuration

Configuration of production processes, master data, recipes, …

STEP 3:

Web-based Training

Learning environment (test database) will be provided for three weeks of scheduled group training webinars.

and week of group training webinars. This virtual training phase is crucial for success in Go-Live phase.

STEP 4:

Go-Live Preparation and Testing

New database will be tested by running through series of day-to-day processes.

STEP 5:

Go-Live Transition

Opening balances will be captured at this step.

Assistance with inputting transactional records.
