Micro QC

Summary

Micro QC Scheduler takes your management of micro analysis to a whole new level by automating the process of determining what "events" in the brewery need to generate a micro sample record. In other words, it "generates sample records" for you, enabling you to track what samples you successfully acquire and then plate and post results for, as well as those you miss.

Once sample records are queued by the Micro Scheduler, you can then easily pull them up and enter your pos/neg readings and notes, as well as to generate re-samples if results are positive.

Details

The Micro Sampling looks at the last 10 days with the exception of WARM which is 21 days. It looks at a 10 day date spread, either today – 10 or in the case of WARM transactions that are 21 – 31 days old. The idea is that you can run once a week or daily to generate samples but if you wait more than 10 days you may miss some transactions.  The system looks to see if the transaction already exists in the tables to prevent duplicates. You can run daily with concern of having duplicate transactions.

Once a sample is put into the queue another sample will not be generated unless the results are Positive or they flag to take another sample.

Most entries look at production orders with the specified Process type and the completed quantity is greater than 0.0
