Summary

The Orchestrated Setup Screen is a system table that holds much of the system wide information and configurations about your installation of Orchestrated. It is not recommended that you make changes to this table without first inquiring with Orchestrated Support as to what you want to change.

Navigating to the Orchestrated Setup Screen

In your Menu Bar at top of screen, go to: Tools > Use Defined Windows > ORC_BE_SETUP - System/Co Setup

Columns on Setup Table

Below you will find information about each column on the Setup Table and its purpose.

Name alphanumeric unique key for record in table  
Add-On Version alphanumeric Version number of Orchestrated installed  
Version Date date Date installed version of Orchestrated was released  
Add On License alphanumeric encrypted license key  
Color Key Identifier alphanumeric DO NOT USE  
Batch Prefix Identifier alphanumeric Determines whether you use the prefix of your styles or of your locations for batch numbers  
Append Date Y/N Check Box Determines whether you append the date to all batches (not commonly used)  
Automate Packaging Batch Y/N Check Box DO NOT USE  
Clear UDTs and UDOs DO NOT USE DO NOT USE  
BrewSheet Default Range Drop Down

Determines the default range of time that is selected on the Brew Sheet

Year - displays current date - one year

Week - displays the current week from Saturday to Sunday

Day - shows current date only

 
CellarSheet Default Range Drop Down

Determines the default range of time that is selected on the Cellar Sheet

Year - displays current date - one year

Week - displays the current week from Saturday to Sunday

Day - shows current date only

 
PackagingSheet Default Range Drop Down

Determines the default range of time that is selected on the Packaging Sheet

Year - displays current date - one year

Packaging Multi-Issue Y/N Check Box Determines whether or not the system prevents you from issuing multiple times. Normally this field is set to No (unchecked)  
Cellar Worksheet: Multi-Issue Y/N Check Box Determines whether or not the system prevents you from issuing multiple times. Normally this field is set to No (unchecked)

Determines the default selection for the status of PdOs to display on the Brew Sheet

P - Planned

R - Released

L - Closed

Determines the default selection for the status of PdOs to display on the Cellar Sheet

Assign Batch On Drop Down Determines if you create batch numbers for PdOs in advance on Creation Wizard, or if you pull the batch number in at time of Goods Receipt on Express Screen. For info on this topic, please see this page: Batch Management  
Next Master Process Number numeric Maintains the the next Master Production Number in the system. Each time you create a new MPN, this field increments by 1. If you need to reset it for any reason, you can do so in this field.
